Drop Off and Pick Up Procedures

School officially begins at 8:40 a.m. Students may enter the building beginning at 8:25 a.m. Students that arrive at school after 8:40 am will be marked tardy and must be signed in at the main office.

Students will be dismissed at 3:35 p.m. Dismissal will begin for walkers around 3:25, followed by Adventure Club, car riders and buses. If you need to pick your student up before dismissal, you will need to bring a photo ID to check them out at the main office. Please refrain from picking up in the main office after dismissal has begun.

Parent Pick-up & Drop-off: Parent pick-up and drop-off is located in the back of the building on the south playground lot and is available for car traffic between 8:15 a.m. - 8:35 a.m. and again after 3:15 p.m. Please review our drop off and pick up procedures.

Bus Riders: Bus transportation pick-up and drop-off is located in the front of the building along the top driveway. For information about the KSD bus program, please visit our KSD Bus Transportation website.

Walkers: Any parent can walk to school to pick up their child in the front of the school and meet their child(ren) on either the north or south-western facing doors.  The driveway is reserved for buses and first responders. The parking lot is reserved for staff parking.

All visitors must bring a driver's license and enter the main office to obtain a visitor badge.
